I charge the actual cost of hosting and the domain, because my goal isn't to live off this service — it's to fund my own application, a long-term project I'm fully committed to.

I charge the actual cost of hosting and the domain name. My goal isn't to live off this service — it's to fund my own application, a long-term project I'm fully committed to.
Do I own my website?
You have full usage rights for the entire duration of the contract. If you'd like full ownership of the code, a one-time buyout option is available at any time for $500.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. A 30-day notice before your renewal date is all it takes, by email. No multi-year commitment.
What happens if you stop your business?
I transfer the website, source code, and domain name to you free of charge. You're never left stranded.
How long does it take to get my website?
A mockup within 5 days of our first call, then a live website within 1 to 4 weeks depending on the adjustments requested.
